Description
TPFE特氟龍潤滑噴劑噴在工件表面形成一層均勻的潤滑薄膜，具有高清潔性、低扭矩潤滑、消音、防靜電、不淅油的特性，完美地解決了傳統(tǒng)油性潤滑劑的擴散、污染等問題。廣泛應用于電子、電器、相機、光學產品、精密儀器、汽車附件等產品的塑膠、金屬、橡膠部件上。

本品是由不可燃氟素溶劑混合全氟聚醚油及超低分子量聚四氟乙烯(TPFE)顆粒,并添加耐熱、抗腐蝕等添加劑配置而成的干性皮膜潤滑劑。此速干性潤滑劑干燥后在工作表面形成一層均勻潤滑薄膜, 具有不沾灰塵、低扭矩、耐高低溫、不淅油、消音的特性, 并解決傳統(tǒng)油性潤滑劑的擴散、污染問題。
This product is a dry film lubricants and consists of mixture of non-flammable fluorocarbon solvent, perfluoropolyether oil and ultra-low molecular weight of polytetrafluoroethylene (TPFE) particles with the adding of heat-resistant, anti-corrosion additives. This quick-drying lubricant forms a uniform lubricating film on the workpiece surface after drying, that is advantage in properties of dust-proof, low-torque, high-temperature resistance, no sound of rain characteristics of the oil, noise reduction, and resolve problems such as the diffusion and pollution caused by traditional oil-based lubricants.
二. 產品特點 Key Feature
1.干性潤滑劑，噴涂后布滿鐵氟龍微粒子，不油膩、不滴流；
1. The product is a dry lubricant. After spraying, the workpiece surfaces will be covered by Teflon fine particles. Neither greasy nor trickle condition are detected.

四.使用方法 Instruction
1. 使用前，先將物件徹底清潔除油，然后將罐身大力搖勻約30秒，以利于噴霧均勻。
1. Before use, first thoroughly clean the surface
degreasing. The can is then forced to shake for about 30 seconds, so that the
tank was well stirred in order to facilitate a uniform spray.
2.噴涂時，距離工件約12寸噴涂，來回移動，勿固定在一個位置噴涂，約需30分鐘待干。
3. Spray from about 12 inches to move around the
workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position. It needs about 30 minutes for drying.
3.使用后，倒轉罐身噴射約5秒，作用為清洗噴咀，以防塞咀。
4. After use, invert cans upside down for about five
seconds. The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
4.使用本品時應詳細閱讀產品使用說明書，并在專業(yè)人員指導下進行使用。
5. Users should carefully read the product manual and use under guidance of the professionals.
五.注意事項 Precaution
1. 本品易燃，使用時嚴禁煙火，存放于50℃以下陰涼處，空罐不得拋入火中。
1. This product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks.
Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
2.使用本品前，應將工件表面上的銹跡、重度油污清洗干凈，以免影響后續(xù)的噴涂及防腐潤滑效果。
2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece
surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating
and lubrication.
3.若不慎濺入眼睛，可提起眼瞼，用流動清水或生理鹽水沖洗干凈。
3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with
running water or saline.
4.不可吞食本產品，若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息狀態(tài)，及時進行醫(yī)護。
4. Do not swallow the product. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.
六.包裝貯存 Packing and Storage
1.包裝：500ml/罐，12罐/件 。
