6. Operation guidance
6.1. Surface treatment of base material
6.1.1. Degreasing: the oil stain on the workpiece surface and the gap must be removed.
6.1.2. The base material needs to be sandblasted (80~100 mesh quartz sand), and the surface roughness should reach 40-60 microns.
6.1.3. Use compressed air to blow away sand and dust on the surface of the substrate. If it is necessary to soak or clean with solvent, the surface liquid must be air dried or dried.
6.1.4 Put the workpiece into the oven for preheating, and control the temperature at 60~80 ° C (according to the actual work
The optimum temperature shall be determined according to the actual conditions), and the thermal insulation shall be kept for more than 30~60 minutes for spraying.
6.2. Preparation of spraying equipment
Before using the spraying equipment, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the relevant equipment, such as the spray gun, spray pot or paint pot. The recommended cleaning process is as follows:
6.2.1. Clean the equipment thoroughly with diluent matching the original paint to remove the residual paint and residue.
6.2.2. Use special thinner or other soluble solvent to clean the equipment repeatedly (cleaning for more than 2 cycles).
6.3. Preparation of paint
6.3.1. Dispersion: Before using the coating, stir for 5-10 minutes, add appropriate amount of thinner as the case may be, and then test its viscosity to make the coating liquid disperse evenly.
6.3.2. Filtration: The paint entering the watering can must be filtered with a 100 # filter screen to remove the solids that may be mixed in, so as not to cause gun plugging or the formation of particles on the surface of the workpiece.
6.3.3. The coating shall be adjusted when used. The prepared coating shall be used up at one time during construction.
6.4. Painting
The spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.0~1.5mm is selected, and the spraying pressure is 2~0.3MPa (2~3kgf/cm2). During spraying, the distance between the nozzle and the substrate is controlled to be 15~30cm. 5. Drying and curing: heat preservation at 120 ° C for 20min, 200 ° C for 30min, and 250 ° C for 30min
60min。 (If the temperature resistance of the base material is allowed, it can be directly maintained at 200 ° C and then directly maintained at 320 ° C for 10min).
6.5. Cooling mode
After the film of the workpiece is solidified, it can be cooled by furnace cooling or air cooling. Please note that the uncooled film is in a soft film state, not easy to touch and collide, and does not have the said properties.
7. Precautions
7.1. The workplace must be well ventilated.
7.2. During the use of paint, the container containing paint shall be covered with a lid and sealed for use and storage.
7.3. The product may be unstable when the temperature changes. Please store at 5-30 ℃,
And gently stir or shake the product at 20-30 ℃ regularly (about 1 month) to prevent sedimentation and condensation.
7.4. During normal spraying and back spraying, the workpiece surface must be sprayed and wetted without drying.
8. Storage conditions
8.1. Avoid direct sunlight when the temperature is 5~30 ℃, and the shelf life is 12 months (unopened).
8.2. Package specification: 1kg, 5kg.
9. Waste discharge
9.1. It is recommended to use thinner to clean the spray gun, spray irrigation and equipment. The washed thinner can be filtered and stored for use when the paint viscosity is adjusted next time.
9.2. Do not discharge the coating and its cleaning residue into the waste water system, but store it in a specific container, and conduct professional treatment according to local and national environmental protection laws and regulations.
10. Emergency treatment
10.1. In case of leakage or overflow, please wash it with plenty of water.
10.2. If the product accidentally gets into the eyes, immediately wash it with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention immediately if you feel pain.
10.3. If the product contacts the skin, please wash it with water and soap, and seek medical advice immediately if you feel unwell.
10.4. If you feel uncomfortable after inhaling spray, immediately transfer to a place with fresh air and seek medical advice.
