(A) Product introduction
ZBFS-21C/22C is a water-based environment-friendly double-layer, namely, primer and top coat, double coat Teflon non stick coating. It has excellent corrosion resistance, demoulding performance and wear resistance, which can greatly improve the service life of the workpiece.

(F) Operation guidance
(1) Degreasing and drying
The substrate must be degreased or dried to remove any foreign raw materials and pollutants on the surface and in the gap of the substrate.
(2) Surface sanding
Sanding can be achieved by sanding, chemical etching or other similar effective methods. Alumina with particle size of # 80~# 100 shall be selected to make the sanding coarseness reach 2.0~4.5 μ m。
(3) Paint preparation
Before use, roll ZBFS-21C/22C at 40-60rpm for 20-30 minutes until the coating is uniform and free of sediment.
(4) Primer: ZBFS-21C
# 200 stainless steel filter screen shall be used for filtering, and the filtered paint shall be sprayed immediately.
The spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 0.8~1.1mm shall be selected, and the spraying pressure shall be 0.2~0.3MPa (2~3kgf/cm2). During spraying, the distance between the nozzle and the substrate shall be kept between 15~30cm.
The film thickness after sintering shall be 20~25 μ m。
(5) Drying
After coating, it needs to be dried immediately, and the appropriate conditions are 140 ℃ - 160 ℃ for 10-15 minutes.
(6) Finish paint: ZBFS-22C

The spraying method and primer shall refer to the primer, and the film thickness after sintering shall be 10-15 μ m。
(7) Drying and baking conditions
After drying at 140 ℃ - 160 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, cure at 380 ℃ - 400 ℃ for 10-15 minutes (substrate temperature).
(G) Precautions
1. The workplace must be well ventilated.
2. Wear protective glasses and gloves when handling this substance.
3. Please do not smoke when there is residue of this substance on your hands.
4. Clean your face and hands after use.
5. The product may be unstable when the temperature changes; Please store the product at 25 ℃, and gently stir or shake the product at 20-30 ℃ regularly to prevent sedimentation and condensation.
(H) Storage conditions
1. Store at 5~30 ℃ to avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life (unopened): 6 months.
2. Package specification: 1kg, 30kg.
(1) Waste discharge
Do not discharge it into the wastewater system; Put it into a specific container for processing; Add coagulant (such as ammonia) to separate the mixture into water layer and resin layer; The resin must be disposed through a licensed industrial waste treatment plant.
(J) Emergency treatment
1. In case of leakage or spillage, wash it with plenty of water.
2. If this product accidentally gets into your eyes, immediately flush it with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If you feel pain, please consult a doctor immediately.
3. If this product comes into contact with skin, please wash it with water and soap. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately.
4. If you accidentally inhale spray or gas in the oven, immediately transfer to a fresh air place, and then seek medical advice.
